PLANT REVENUE
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or MSW receiving Gate Fee?
Plant Revenue
Each location and country will vary due to average salaries and legislation so there is no set prescribed figure. Each Plant will be different and based on local pricing factors.
The UHTH technology employed in its 500/550 Plant configuration is both a waste treatment process (which has cost savings & benefits) and power provision system (which also has savings & benefits).
These two factors make it highly beneficial to a community.
So New Centre Energy embraces these facts and therefore takes a flexible approach to the required revenue for a Plant to operate.
New Centre Energy can adopt both a MSW receiving (GATE FEE) charge and an electricity supplied (Power Purchase Agreement [PPA]) charge.
As calculated and support by Business Plans; the required combined revenue fee is equivalent to $185-200/Mw supplied. If it is appropriate to charge for MSW received by the plant then there is a corresponding reduction in the charge for electricity supplied.
A simple balance between either the Gate Fee or PPA charge. To support this simple flexible equation the following graph is shown; as an example only:
The Plant also sells the normal recyclables such as Metal, Stone/sand, glass and basalt rock that are extracted or produced from the Plant segregation or UHTH activities.
There is also the ability to claim and be paid for Carbon Credits.
